It is done!!!

The new deck is all done and it is amazing! It ended up being so big we love it. I tried to get the best pictures I could. Now I have the wonderful job of staining it! That is going to take a while maybe I will get a nice end of summer tan!! We look forward to many fun parties and lots of hanging out now that we have a bunch of comfy space to do it in!

A thought to share with anyone that loves their dog...

This past Wednesday, we lost our fury family memeber. And it was truely a shock! We knew that chocolate was toxic to dogs, and we have even had a few instances where Henry had gotten into it before, but unfortuantly on Wednesday July 20, 2005 he got into a little too much. I wanted to share this because from this experience I have found that a lot of people are aware that chocolate is bad for dogs but most people do not reolize just how bad it can be! After doing some research ourselves we discovered that chocolate is the second most likely toxin to kill dogs. Number one is rat/mouse poision and number 3 is Ibuprofen. The dogs find the Ibuprofen so appealing that they have been known to chew through the plastic container to get to them. So I just wanted to share this so if you didn't know now you do, and it doesn't just make them a little sick it can be VERY serious. Take care.....

We got 3 new turtles, they are red eared sliders. The girls named them Raven, Starfire and Robin. Can you tell they are Teen Titan fans.....

We are back

We had our week in New York, and we did nothing! It was great, we visited with Bryan's family for a change and the kids played with their cousins, well with the older one and they loved meeting their newest cousin! I will post pictures later. It was so relaxing.

Now we are back home and trying to get back into the swing of things. I have been cleaning, and the girls and I went through their toys and we made a sell pile and organized what we are keeping. The girls had fun, they are excited to sell the stuff. Then I had some quite time and the girls played doll upstairs, then we all played Nickelodeon Trivia. Now it is time for dinner and then hopefully daddy will be home soon and off to the YMCA with us! We have not worked out in a week, we are both excited to get back into it!
